How Do I Know What Size To Order?
- Simply order what size you are at the time of purchase. For example: If you are a Medium now, then simply order a Medium. Easy.
- Our sizing allows for normal growth for the duration of pregnancy

- Each product/garment has it’s own product page that has comprehensive information, measurements, fabric composition and sizing information.
- You can also get up to eight different views of the product by click the image from the product page.

- We have a generous return/exchange policy if you find the garment unsuitable.
How Do I Order Online? It's easy.
- Simply choose what you would like to purchase and add to your shopping bag.
- Select the checkout button.
- Chose how you would like your merchandise shipped.
- Enter your ordering and shipping details and submit.
- The site will take you to a secure payments section held on ASB Bank’s secure merchant server.
- Submit your credit card information. That’s it!
- We will show you confirmation on screen that your purchase is successful.
- We will send you a confirmation of your order by email.

For email and fax orders, we recommend you do not include your credit card details over unsecure channels as it may be intercepted. We will follow up with a call and obtain your credit card number independently.
Is it safe to use my credit card online? Shopping online with www.mamalove.co.nz is quick and easy, convenient and safe. The security of your purchasing information (including your credit card details) is of great importance to us. The information you provide to us is protected by a secure and encrypted connection, which is not freely accessible by us. The information is communicated directly to your bank. We are confident that this process is completely secure but if you would prefer to order by phone, please contact us on 0800 MAMA LOVE or, +649 828 2620, during our regular business hours, 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
How long will it take to get my order? Depending on where you live, shipping will take between 1-3 days for New Zealand and will cost a flat rate of $6.00. We also deliver internationally. We have a $15.00 flat rate delivering to most countries. Delivery times are 5-15 days depending on where you live.
What carrier do you use to ship my order? We use New Zealand Post Packet Post tickets throughout New Zealand and ship airmail international destinations. We can courier any orders to you on request. Price is on application at the time of order by calling us on 0800 626 256 or +649 828 2620.
What happens if what I order doesn’t fit or I don’t like the style? No problem. We have a generous return or exchange policy. Simply return the item to us within 14 days in its original condition and we’ll refund or exchange on the day we receive it. View the Returns Policy.
I go to order an item and it says my size is back ordered. What does this mean? Sometimes we may sell out of a size in a certain style. Back order means we have re-ordered this popular item. Most back-orders will be received in 1-3 weeks. Mama Love will notify you of the estimated back-order waiting period. Based on this information, you can choose to wait for the order or cancel your request. No problem.
I checked your site a couple of weeks ago and found an item I liked. Now I want to order it but now it’s sold out. Can I order it? It depends. Please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can re-order it. To avoid disappointment, if you see something you like, we suggest you order early, as many items tend to sell quickly.
